At Spicy Dog Media, we love bringing stories to life for companies that make a real difference behind the scenes. This project took us to Phasor Maintenance, one of Ireland’s leading providers of full facility management services, covering everything from HVAC, fire alarms, access control, and lift maintenance to waste management, pest control, and renewable energy solutions.
The brand video captures Phasor’s evolution over 20 years, showing how they continue to transform the way businesses approach electrical, mechanical, and renewable systems. We followed the team across Dublin, starting at their HQ, where office staff collaborate on projects, discuss client solutions in boardrooms, and monitor critical systems.
From there, we hit the ground on site at multiple locations maintained by Phasor. At O’Brien’s Off License in Blanchardstown, we showcased the team members fixing electrical units and checking lighting systems. At a large corporate building in Blanchardstown Corporate Park, we captured planned and ongoing maintenance, highlighting renewable elements such as solar panels and electric vehicle chargers and showing the team carrying out inspections.
Throughout the video, we blended drone and establishing shots of Dublin, Phasor branded vehicles, and dynamic on site footage with a human touch. The finished brand video reflects Phasor Maintenance’s dedication, expertise, and the tangible impact of their services. The final product captures the Phasor Maintenance’s technology, people, and innovative approach in a way that feels authentic, engaging, and visually compelling.
