It was key from early on, that the way we were going to do this was by using existing employees to tell their own unique stories. We always say people connect with people! The key hear we felt was that because everyone at Ward & Burke genuinely loves what they do – Why not have them say that? We came up with the concept of detailing key individual employees journeys through the apprenticeship and grad programmes they had undertaken. We approached each video as nearly like a mini-doc showcasing a day in their life, and what they thought about the company.

A key question we asked everyone was – What advice would you give to someone thinking about joining? That’s a really powerful message and if you’re considering joining a company and you can hear first hand what’s its like to be already in the company that’s an invaluable asset.
